When our beloved dog Quincy passed away just before Christmas, our family was heartbroken. For over a decade, Quincy had been by our side, a constant companion through life's most meaningful moments. That night, as I scrolled through photos on my phone, I felt an overwhelming sadness. These snapshots seemed like all I had left of him. I wanted to keep the essence of what it felt like to have him with us—the small and burly frame, the distinctive flop of his left ear, and the way his face beamed with pride when he claimed the passenger seat of our Toyota.

    Before the Artist Begins Your 3D Sculpture

    You are eligible for a 100% full refund.
    No fees, no questions—just peace of mind.

    After the Artist Begins the 3D Sculpture, but Before You Approve the Final Design

    If you choose to cancel after our artist has started working but before you give final approval for the memorial to be created, you will receive a refund minus the artist’s fee of $110.

    This fee covers the custom 3D artwork already completed for your pet.

    After You Approve the Design and We Begin Creating the Memorial

    Once we begin crafting the physical memorial, no refunds are available.
    At this stage, materials and labor are fully committed to your one‑of‑a‑kind piece.

    Damaged or Broken Items During Shipping

    If your memorial arrives broken or damaged, we will make it right with one of the following options:

    • Option A — Free Replacement

    We will remake and ship your memorial at no cost to you.
    (We request photos of the damage so we can file a claim with the carrier.)

    • Option B — Refund Minus Artist Fee

    If you prefer not to receive a replacement, we can issue a refund minus the $110 artist fee, since the custom 3D artwork has already been completed.

    Shipping costs will be fully refunded in either case.
